For the safety of our patients and staff, if you said yes to any of the above or suspect that you have or have had COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please change your appointment to a Telehealth or Phone Consultation for your health and healing.  In-person appointments must be rescheduled for 2 weeks from your last symptom.  If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or change your appointment to Telehealth or Phone Consultation, we ask for the courtesy of letting us know as soon as possible and ideally 48 hours in advance by calling 860-536-3880.
